Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between ls999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and each individual who accesses or uses the platform ("Member", "you", "your"). ls999 is operated by an internationally registered entity and makes its services available to eligible Indonesian residents on the terms set out below.

This Agreement should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the legal framework governing your use of ls999.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an active account on ls999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are at least 21 years of age. ls999 enforces a strict 21+ policy and reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time.
• You are accessing the platform from Indonesia or from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from ls999 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of ls999.

ls999 does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where the provision of online betting services is unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any bet.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on ls999. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name (as it appears on a valid government-issued identity document).
• Your date of birth.
• A valid, personal email address to which you have exclusive access.
• A valid Indonesian mobile telephone number.
• The bank account or e-wallet details you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals — this account must be registered in your own name.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your password and any one-time passcodes — strictly confidential. ls999 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from ls999 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

ls999 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to request additional documentation from any member at any time in order to comply with its anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations.

Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any point deemed necessary by ls999's compliance team, members are required to complete identity verification by submitting the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear colour copy of a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence.
• Proof of Age: Confirmation that you are 21 years of age or older, evidenced by the date of birth on your identity document.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph confirming that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your own name (e.g., a BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account statement header, or the OVO / DANA / GoPay profile screen).
• Source of Funds (if requested): Documentation supporting the origin of funds deposited, which may be requested for large or unusual transactions in accordance with our AML policy.

KYC documents must be submitted via the secure upload function in the member's account dashboard or directly to our support team via live chat. ls999 processes KYC submissions within one (1) business day. Withdrawals will remain pending until verification is complete.

All deposits on ls999 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ls999 supports the following payment channels:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits are credited to your ls999 account wallet following successful confirmation from your payment provider. Processing times vary by channel but are typically instantaneous for e-wallet transfers and within 5–15 minutes for local bank transfers during banking hours. ls999 does not charge a transaction fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees, for which ls999 accepts no responsibility.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment channel and member account tier. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account name does not match the ls999 account holder's name — will be declined and returned to the source.

Members may request a withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification has been successfully completed on the account.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed the available real-money balance (bonus balances are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met).
• The destination account — whether a bank account or e-wallet — is registered in the same name as the ls999 account.
• No active fraud investigation or account review is pending on the account.

Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 WIB on a business day are typically processed within 2–4 hours. Requests submitted after 20:00 WIB or on a public holiday will be processed on the next business day. ls999 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, individual banks may apply their own inter-bank transfer fees.

ls999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that it deems unusual in size or frequency, in compliance with applicable AML obligations. In such cases, the member will be notified via their registered email address and asked to provide the relevant supporting documentation within five (5) business days.

ls999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to its members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the point of each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

• Wagering Requirements: Every bonus carries a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x means you must wager ten times the bonus value before it becomes withdrawable). The applicable multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated within the stated activation window, and wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated completion window, will be automatically forfeited without notice.
• Game Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sportsbook bets, slot games, live casino, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) products may carry different contribution percentages. Contribution rates are published on each promotion's terms page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may only hold one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus is active will result in the forfeiture of the prior bonus balance.
• Abuse Prevention: ls999 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting, arbitrage across accounts, colluded wagering, and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided and may be subject to permanent closure.

ls999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a member has opted in but before the wagering requirements are complete, ls999 will honour any qualifying bets already placed under that promotion's terms.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on ls999. Product-specific rules (e.g., for live casino, togel, mix parlay accumulators, or voor bola Asian handicap betting) are published in the relevant product section of the platform and form part of this Agreement by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed on the platform. ls999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet, except as provided in the specific rules for the relevant product.
• ls999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an obvious pricing error has occurred. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the member's account in full.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet or game, the result recorded in ls999's system at the time of settlement shall be final, subject to review by our disputes team within 72 hours of the result being published.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Any bet submitted during a market suspension will be rejected; the member's stake will not be deducted.
• For RNG (random number generator) casino games, the outcomes are determined by a certified random-number algorithm. Published RTP (return-to-player) percentages reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market, per event, and per member tier. These limits are displayed on the bet slip and may be adjusted by ls999 at any time, including for individual members whose betting patterns are identified as sharp or professional.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ls999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of collusion with other members or third parties.
• Attempting to manipulate bonus terms through systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk.
• Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or security controls.
• Conducting any form of commercial activity, including touting, reselling odds data, or advertising third-party services through the platform.

ls999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• A reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• A member's own request for account closure or self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to an administrative fee of Rp 50.000 per month, deducted from the available balance, until the balance reaches zero or the member reactivates the account.

Upon permanent account closure (other than for fraud or prohibited conduct), any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the member's registered payment method within ten (10) business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ls999's total aggregate liability to any member arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the net real-money balance held in that member's account at the time the relevant claim arises.

ls999 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or any other indirect, special, or consequential losses, regardless of whether ls999 was advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions caused by factors outside ls999's direct control, including internet service provider failures, payment processor outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from a member's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Any action taken in good faith by ls999 in reliance on information provided by the member that subsequently proves to be false or misleading.

Nothing in this clause limits ls999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ls999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering on ls999, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

ls999 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services strictly as required to operate the platform and fulfil the obligations set out in this Agreement.

ls999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Members have access to a suite of self-management tools, including deposit limits, session timers, reality checks, and self-exclusion. These tools are available through the account dashboard and via our 24/7 support team.

If you believe your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to review our Responsible Gaming page and to contact our support team, who can activate a self-exclusion or cooling-off period on your account immediately upon request.

ls999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, members will be notified via the email address registered on their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions, together with the date of the most recent update, is always available on this page. We recommend that members review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with internationally applicable principles of commercial law. The parties agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration.

Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

Before initiating formal arbitration, members are encouraged to contact ls999's disputes team directly, as the majority of disputes are resolved informally and promptly through our standard support process.
